In the initial stage, we advise the client on legal, financial, and organizational matters related to selling a car in Spain.
Next, we gather information about the car’s specifications, features, and technical condition.
Market Monitoring
This is done to determine the optimal selling price for the car.
After that, we agree on a price range with the owner.
Preparation and Publication
At this stage, we prepare the listing and post it on all available platforms.
Next, we update the listing as frequently as possible.
Negotiations and Showings
Negotiating with clients and showing the vehicle are also part of our responsibilities.
Transfer of Vehicle Ownership
Once the seller has received full payment for the vehicle, a sales contract is signed that protects our client’s interests, and we notify the relevant Spanish government agencies of the termination of our client’s ownership of the vehicle to avoid fines and tax liabilities.
According to established practice, in 95% of cases in Spain, the buyer covers the costs of the transfer of title when the transaction is between two private individuals.
If the seller is a private individual, the law requires a 6-month warranty on the transmission and engine.
